HLH Art is a world filled with animals, toys, skulls, folk lore and interesting characters brought to life in vivid color on wood panels by artist, Heather Humbert. Her paintings tell stories, many of which are still unfolding in the imagery, waiting for the viewer to interpret. The viewer is drawn in by the droll humor and eccentric focus of her work.  

Heather has been practicing art for 30 years and holds a degree in Studio Art from Lawrence University. Her background is in printmaking and watercolor, but her focus for almost two decades is creating original acrylic paintings.
