Mary Anders Morris

Mary is truly a late bloomer!

When she retired a few years ago after decades of serving others with her ghostwriting, editing, and teaching skills, Mary had the good fortune to discover Julia Cameron's book, "It's Never Too Late to Begin Again." Inspired by it, Mary finally decided to fulfill her own youthful dreams and nurture her fanciful, artistic nature.

Now she happily spends hours in her studio, rummaging among her large stash of colorful fabric and threads, vintage buttons and ribbons, fancy papers and ink, fun paints and canvas. She loves to create whimsical items of practical use, like cuddly critter pillows for youngsters or lovely warm lap quilts for seniors who remain young at heart. She also enjoys designing eye-catching jewelry full of light and movement. Come see what's blooming at GrandMary's Garden of Arts and Crafts.
