I am a native of St. Paul, Minnesota and have studied and practiced art passionately for over forty years.

My life work is creating art and above everything else, my strongest desire is to paint. I love color and the grays that surround color and I see and appreciate this nuance in nature.

My areas of discipline are pastels, oils and acrylics. My work is shown in local and national one-women shows, group juried exhibitions, and at my Northrup King Studio in Minneapolis Minnesota.

I plan to continue to painting images that speak truth and sometimes spark joy. My goals are to study and achieve harmonious color, luminous light, balance, rhythm and emotion in my work.
