Sharra Frank discovered mosaics as a college art student in 2000 and quickly became entranced with the variety of materials and possibilities. The range of color, texture, transparency and reflection is never ending! Today Sharra sculpts her mosaic surfaces, such as elaborate mirror frames, that are then covered with hand cut glass, beads, rhinestones, shells and gold. Sharra’s designs are inspired by fairy tale fantasies and moroccan architecture.
