Michele Combs is a rising twin city artist and painting instructor. She trained at the Minnesota River School of Fine Art and has continued her painting education by participating in workshops with nationally recognized artists. Her painting evolution has resulted in a distinctive, impressionist style.

Michele can often be found about our beautiful region, at her easel, painting en plein air. Michele prefers to paint from life as it best allows the capture of nuanced light and subtle beauty. Inspiration for Michele comes from many sources – natural beauty or visual intrigue; a memory; and the grandeur hidden in a familiar scene.
